This one molecule is a major player to loosing fat. Keep your eye out for info on ghrelin, the stomach hormone that signals the brain to ring the 'hunger' bell. Remember, this same hormone increases significantly in the blood when you eat fatty foods. Don't feed your child fatty foods.
